HOW IT WORKS

We introduce you a construction system that allows you to build a house with excellent thermal insulation properties in record time. What does it look like to build a house a week after the start of construction work

The construction speed is truly impressive, even when building a low-energy or passive house. The construction technology consists of stacking hollow polystyrene blocks using grooves. These ultimately form a solid and impermeable wall, which is then filled with concrete. The construction elements with a thickness of 35 cm or 45 cm are used for external walls and the elements with a thickness of 25 cm are used for internal partitions.

After the concrete has matured, all walls are load-bearing and meanwhile are characterized by excellent thermal insulation parameters. Therefore, from a static point of view, the height to which it can be built is not limited. The system allows building even an apartment building.

The building system also includes parts for the implementation of internal partitions, wreath parts and lintels.

The shell construction of the family house, which has filled the building openings and built the roof, including wiring and plumbing, can be built within two months.
